This policy explains what personal information Coach Stockton Training Systems (Alex Stockton, sole proprietor, San Leandro, California) collects from clients and visitors to this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Health and fitness information you share so we can coach you safely, such as injuries, medical conditions, goals and training history.
• Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive limited details from Stripe (such as your name, the last four digits of your card and payment status). We never receive or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us by text or email.

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not ask you to create an account. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

If you use the Bodyblox app, its own privacy policy explains how app data is handled.

How we use it

• To provide, schedule and personalize your training.
• To keep you safe during exercise.
• To bill you and keep billing records.
• To contact you about your training, schedule or account.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Stripe for payments, and only as needed for that purpose; or when required by law.

How we protect it

This website is served over HTTPS. Card payments go directly to Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We limit access to client information to what's needed to coach you.

How long we keep it

We keep client information while you train with us and afterward for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of photo and video use, by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under California law, and we will honor requests made under those laws.

We don't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because this website does not track visitors across sites.

Children

We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. Minors train only with a parent or guardian's consent.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
